Measurements and/or sizing information is provided for all products. Because of the intimate nature of many of our products and to maintain hygienic standards, all sales are final.

All items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We stand by the quality of everything we sell. Each product is hand-inspected prior to listing to ensure there are no defects or signs of damage. Please review all measurements, sizing information, item details, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or size, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at goobscloset@gmail.com or through our website form. We’ll review your concern and work quickly to make it right.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, a $6.95 shipping fee applies, regardless of whether your order originally qualified for free shipping or not.
If you would like the order re-delivered, you must contact us within 3 business days of the order being returned to sender (based on tracking information) to arrange redelivery and pay the $6.95 shipping fee.
If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, your order will be refunded minus the $6.95 shipping charge.
